I cannot contact anyone for product support. I have tried emails and all company extensions on numerous occasions. I have several issues with my provided, new system. I have been left on my own to resolve with NO support. Having to leave a negative review for what appeared to be a KIND company is disheartening.

Received my Trinity system just about when I expected it 6 weeks after ordering. This is spelled out all over the website that shipping times are taking a hit due to COVID, and they estimate up to 6 weeks. The packaging job was like nothing Is ever seen! Things were packed so securely it took me half an hour to get everything out, best packaging job I’ve ever seen! System is expensive but you’re paying for a complete system without running to the hydro store 50x because you don’t know what you need. For the people complaining about the price, go out and build your own system if you want to piecemeal your own stuff together. My only complaint is the lack of communication from the shipping department. I had items on back order that I wasn’t made aware of until I asked about the missing pcs, and I got a call from the shipping company to schedule a drop off several days before I got the email that my system had shipped. Kind of minor issues since I got most of the system when I expected it. Sales and growing advice are top notch and they’ll hold your hand through the growth cycles the entire time! The lights are powerful and plentiful, and the system runs cool and (relatively) quiet. There’s also the fact that Perrin and McMahon deach donate a kidney to a puppy in need every month for the past few years (don’t know who’s kidney nor do I know how many kidneys a puppy needs but not my concern). These guys will take care of you and bend over backwards to make sure you’re satisfied.

So after using the systems for about 2 months now, its really not that great. Very difficult training plants to max yield using a superponic. Net trellis is cool and all but u can't do much LST training because of the awkward shape and it's a total waste having 8 grow sites when you can only realistically use 2 or 3 in order for your plant to have space to stretch.

Hi, Blake. We designed the SuperPonics 8 to have 8 plant sites to accommodate many different plant types and sizes. You are correct that when growing plants of larger size, that moving down to 2 or 3 plant sites is the best way to maximize your plant size, but that doesn't always maximize your harvest weight. It's important to remember that more plants does not always mean greater harvest weights, as that has much more to do with the amount of light reaching your plants. With most photoperiod sensitive plants, you ultimately determine their size and shape, and successful harvests can be achieved with smaller plant structures and can even be successful when retaining one main flower site per plant (if you wanted to use all 8 sites). Our Superponic systems were designed for maximum flexibility when growing in smaller spaces, and when proper plant training techniques and timing are used for a system like this, impressive results can be achieved.
