Wonderful and helpful! Respond within 24 hours. Love my system! Definitely buying again when it's time to upgrade again!

Added the solar panels in the summer were fine. Even with a little snow covering they get some power

The inverter works well and seems to have good build quality.

The solar panels so far work great but it took too long to be shipped.

I have not installed my equipment yet, but it appears to be of very high quality. I'm just finishing my new build house and Then I'm super excited to install this equipment!

Everything was received well and as advertised. I was able to install the 10kW inverter unit and it seems to be working perfectly.

Good value for the price. Battery and solar cells were in stock and on sale. Spec sheets and owners manuals were available online to help with decisions. Good packaging and shipping of both, which was free! This is a big plus, as truck shipping can be a big unknown expense. Solar panels can be purchased in packs of two in case you need replacements. Both the battery and solar panels are good quality. I like the display info screens on the 16 KwH battery. The battery was shipped in its own wood box with all necessary wiring, and worked on first connection to my inverter from another company. The battery comes on its own adjustable feet for floor use, or rack for wall mount. The solar panels have long enough wiring to interconnect to each other mounted either horizontally or vertically. Very satisfied customer.

Reliable shipping, well packaged, everything arrived in good shape! So glad I chose Sungoldpower! Support is there when I need it and couldn't be happier! My Sungoldpower system kept us warm and safe while others lost power through the bomb cyclone snow storm! God is good!!
