Here in Puerto Rico the Kwh keeps rising the renewable energy projects are undermined, so people have totailor their own systems based on their needs. the Inverter is a crucial part of the system It has to be efficient, reliable and at a resonable price and that is what you get with the Sun Gold inverters and the support is always there when You need It the most.

...excelente inverter, trabaja continuamente sin interrupciones...

It has been great dealing with SunGoldPower. Their product is excellent. I bought two full hybrid 11.4K system, inverter, batteries, rack, and panels. I am so happy I choose them after doing a lot of research. But above all, they customer service, during installation, it was easy to just call them and talk to someone who knew right away how to answer all my questions. Their sales department, also great and flexible - my 3er order was not delivered because I put the wrong address on the shipping and it was sent back - they worked with me to send it again - they are amazing! That’s why I decided to leave a review. Special thanks to Joy! Thank you SunGoldPower! A+ and 5 starts all the way!

Order placed for Ground supports. THey acknolwdeged receipt of the order, 3 weeks later nothing, no communication, no product. I sent an email which was responded to quite fast, explaining the situation - Out of Stock. Well if htat is the case I am the type of customer that likes to be informed if that is the case. I am planning an installation at a remote location, and trips have to be scheduled and planned. A 3 week delay, affected me in a two month delay. Just keep customers posted and if out of stock, your website can state that- Honesty. I would have procured somewhere else each part andget them faster, only reason why ordered with sungoldpower was easy box with all you may need.

I needed a solar system for an off-grid cabin and my sungold system works very well. I bought a 4KW kit and did the install myself which was fairly simple and took 4 hours. The only glitch was the inverter display failed. After some help troubleshooting with Sungold, the part was on the way and install and I am back in power!

Great price for complete package. Well packaged. Delivery was great, timely, and placed in my garage exactly where I wanted it. Driver was exceptionally pleasant and cooperative. Information about the system and manuals just what I needed. Great company to work with.

Great products at great prices and a team able help a customers every need.
