Good service. Shipped on time. Have not set up the panels yet but they arrived in good condition. Very satisfied.

The products work well, and all the parts are there. The problems are in the tolerances. When I have to use my own wire. US NEC says to use a number 6 wire for the grid wire coming in. It physically will not fit! I ended up cutting one strand out of that wire. Also the paper instruction manual is almost worthless. Youtube added the note on how to change the settings to allow two inverters to work in parallel. Have to turn the rocker switch off first! But I've been totally off grid now for a year. And I have electric water heater, AC, electric stove, and geothermal heat pumps. I've only had to use the generator 3 times.

Very happy with your products! Delivery took over three weeks. Two reschedules for drop off.

Quick response with trouble shooting some issues with Inverter/charger 2000w

Panels arrived quickly but packaging 10 panels on a pallet made it difficult for FedEx to deliver to residential area.

When I first hooked up the batteries to the controller it worked great for about a minute. Then received an error code and shut down. After researching discovered a fan not working took both out and reinstalled them. May have just been a loose connection from shipping. Works great since.

Product was easy to assemble and works well. Prices fluctuate to much and tech support is sometimey. I would recommend and if the prices would stop jumping I would like to add to my system

Product as described and shipped within a week from order.
