The table is absolutely gorgeous. I couldn't have found them more unique elegant table anywhere. Love this!

Great customer service!

I ordered an expensive bar table (>$2,000) that arrived damaged. The carrara marble top is warped with visible circles. I immediately submitted a ticket (same day as delivery) and tons of pictures showing the damage, per their policy, but it has now been 16 days without receiving instructions for the return. I have written on the ticket at least 5 times and called 6 times and every time I am assured the "customer service department" will follow-up with a resolution by end of day-- but it never happens. I'm really at my wits end on what to do. I simply want to return this table because for the price, the quality clearly isn't there. If this is a legit company surely they have a standard way to handle returns on damaged items? Why can't they just tell me what the process is so we can close this out? As another reviewer said, there has been absolutely no sense of urgency in resolving this and not only that, they lie to me about a resolution "by end of day" every time I call which is even more frustrating. There is no accountability as far as I can tell. Perhaps if you have no issues with your order/product/shipping (I had a lot of issues w/that too), it's a reasonable company to buy from but I'd say buyer be extremely aware. Sundial are not selling cheap items and the service is appalling if there are ANY issues. I would never purchase from Sundial again. I've actually never left a review for a business before but I feel compelled to warn everyone of this business. Read other reviews online and you'll see this is not uncommon.

Excellent communication regarding appointment and delivery estimate/updates. Best of all were the delivery folks!
