Table was a very high quality and was packaged really well. Received undamaged and the delivery team was cordial, efficient and prompt. The online purchasing experience was easy and the team overcommunicated when there was a delay on the shipment date, even offering to refund me due to the stock out issue. I would buy from them again, without question.

I really like the quality of the dining room table that I ordered. Everything came promptly and was wrapped, handled and delivered very carefully. I would definitely buy from this website again.

Would give negative stars. No customer service. What a ridiculous company. Instead of sending me defective free items, sent me damaged/torn chairs. Not responding a thing over the ticket system that supposedly reporting any damage and communicate with them. When i called, they act like this is a brand-new issue every time, and never give me any solution. After 3 week, they got a lot of nerve to say the claim is denied because they is no structural issue…..huh? How about cosmetic issue? NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS PLACE. UNBELIEVABLE

I ordered and bought a bookcase ($2900) that was supposed to measure 40x80x18. When I finally received the bookcase after many weeks, the actual measurements are 32x80x14. I called immediately and jumped through all of Sundials hoops. Multiple photos and measurements and set up a “ticket”. I called four times and spoke with Pierre who told me on the last call that it is measured from the crown moulding that extends out at the top 40” (and the bookcase is 8” smaller), and isn’t returnable to the manufacturer. I told him the photo description does NOT show the measurements from the top moulding but at the base. He again assured me the customer service department would get back to me. I still haven’t heard from anyone. It’s just a runaround when I call. DO NOT do business with these people. Very sketchy and deceitful. Reply to Sundial. Look at the photo showing the measurements. It is measured from the bottom feet where it shows the measurement to be 40”. It is actually 32”. Same with the depth which is 14” and not 18”. That’s a big difference and a total misrepresentation. And you never responded at all on the “open ticket” you had me make, only when the review went on Trust Pilot. That says it all. The measurements are on your website and the PHOTO of the dimensions are on the manufacturer (Sarreid) website where you get the bookcase from. Seems if you have time to banter back and forth on Trustpilot maybe you could address the situation on the open ticket on your website instead of on this forum?

This place is legit. I had my concerns since it literally took a month from the purchase date to delivery date. When console was finally delivered it was in perfect condition and it’s gorgeous. And it was $1,000 less than my local store. I would recommend and I would buy from them again, be aware it may take a while.

Smooth delivery, furniture VERY carefully packaged for transport, and beautiful piece!!!!
