The furniture arrived quickly and without any issues. Upon arrival, the furniture I had ordered looked even better in person!! I was referred to their website by my friend. I will definitely continue ordering with them.

Beware beware beware do not buy from sundialhome.com.Bought $1278 buffet table which arrived damaged inside the box and they putting everything on me like it’s all my fault. I emailed them and open the damage item ticket on their website the same day. It’s been 3 weeks and no solution. Already dispute with my AMEX card. Never ever buying anything from them. Their buisness moto is one time buisness. Awful customer service gives you run around. Save your time and money buy somewhere else.

The website interface for the company was not working and allowing me to select the item I wanted to buy. I called their sales rep to assist me, who told me to just click "add to cart" without selecting any other option and assured me the table I'd ordered was the size/color I was requesting over the phone. After a delayed shipment, I received my order. Not expecting them to ship the wrong item after spending time on the phone with their reps, I unboxed it a couple of weeks later to find that there was a smaller box inside with the wrong size table. The customer service was unhelpful and did not review phone records or take any accountability to assist. I could've bought this table on a larger website without having to deal with their error and poor customer service. I would stay away from using this store, unfortunately, even though they're an in-state company and just go with a larger online business.

I have been waiting for the order for a month now. My order has a UPS tracking number attached to it but UPS is still waiting for the package. I have called Sundial several times and they keep telling me it’s going to be shipped on Wednesday. I have been told the same thing 3 weeks in a row now. It is now Thursday and UPS still does not have my package.

After a significant wait we finally recieved our bed which had a head board with light strip on it. Elegant as it was it was missing the diffuser strip on the lights which softened the effect of the light. I contacted the this seller twice and sent pictures and finally said they'd get the manufacturer of the bed to send the part. That was weeks ago and the seller didn't give me a contact for the manufacturer so just tried call them back and I and my purchase have been deleted from the site. Not a cheap bed with matching night stands so doesn't bode well for this seller and wouldn't buy from them again. Buyer beware! Tried to check back with Sundialhome about the part that was miss some 2 months later after they said they get hold of the manufacturer and I noted that they had deleted my order as if I didn't exist as they just didn't want to deal the problem order they had sent. Country is going really bad with businesses like this!
