Wish I had read reviews before ordering. Was supposed to receive merch on 6/23 via FedEx Ground. Have never received and according to tracking it has been held up in Ellenwood, Ga since 6/24. Item is no longer available now. I know Sundance has been bought out, but if they don't do better, they will be going out of business. I used to love them and everything was always received quickly. No more. They did at least credit me back.

I ordered a shirt. It was too small. I returned it and got the refund with no issues. I ordered the same shirt again in a larger size. It was too big. I returned it. 5 months later they declined the refund because they said they already refunded the money. They probably won't return the shirt to me either. They are thieves! Don't order from them.

I am shocked about the poor quality. I just found out that I can't return any of the items!!! I used to like this store but I will never order anything again.

They canceled my order because the shoes were not in stock, but never sent an email. They also did not give me a refund. I emailed and got no reply. When I called they said they issued me a store credit. I said I'd never heard of store credit for a canceled item that was the retailer's fault. The person on the phone agreed and I got my money, but it shouldn't have been that much of an ordeal.

SCAMMERS! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM ANYMORE! they are going out of business and will scam you out of your money!! constantly backordered without any indication of it when you are ordering. then a credit - months later and the same thing repeats! it only designed to deplete their inventory so they can sell everything they can. AWFUL!!!!

DECEPTIVE PRACTICES---this was a good company before private equity bought it and changed the name to "Sundance Living". Poor quality, deceptive pricing practices and poor customer service.

It took two months to receive item. By then I didn't want it and promptly returned it. It has been three weeks since Sundance received return and customer service says give it another couple of weeks. I love Robert Redford and catalog, but three months later?? Maybe he needs to retire already.

My son gave me a gift card to this company for a Christmas gift because he knew I liked their merchandise. I have been shopping with Sundance for over 20 years and have always been happy with my purchases from them. In January, I used the gift card to purchase a spring dress. It was supposedly in stock but I never received it and never heard a word about it. I called customer service after a few weeks of waiting for it to arrive and after being on hold for almost an hour, was told it was on back order until the end of June. I cancelled the order and asked for a new gift card. When I looked at the current catalog, it said that the dress I had ordered was in stock. I called customer service again and spent another hour on hold before speaking to a representative. They told me the dress would be in stock at the end of April, so I reordered it. April came and went, with no word about the status of my order. When I checked their website, it said that the dress I was waiting for was no longer available! Never heard one word from Sundance Live. I called customer service to cancel that order and again waited on hold for another hour. I told the customer service representative what had happened and tried to order something else since I had the gift card to use. Almost everything I tried to order was out of stock. I finally found a dress that was supposedly in stock and ordered that, even though the customer service rep couldn’t definitely guarantee that I would receive it. If I hadn’t had the gift card to use , I would have never ordered anything from this company again. I did receive the dress, thankfully, this week, almost 6 months after I received the gift card for Christmas! What a nightmare this was and a waste of over 3 hours of my time. My son felt awful about it, too. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY— WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!
