Poorly run website: Forget ordering from an iPad or iPhone because it will ask you to reset your password every time you try to login. 1. There is no search bar and you can only filter results by price. I can’t think of another clothing site that lacks both of those items. 2. Clothing—and even jewelry sometimes—is hit or miss on quality. I’m guessing they’re using more and more international inventory and factories sites with poor quality control. (They began their company using local artisans). 3. Besides not being able to search or filter by size, it takes them so long to remove sold out items So plan on spending a colossal amount of time searching for your items. 4. Shipping starts at 10 bucks and plan on paying shipping on returns. And shipping is not fast. 5. Ready to check out? Plan on the likelihood of things being pulled because they’re sold out (even though they let you put it in your cart). They have beautiful things, but for all the reasons I’ve listed, I’m finished shopping there.

I just got off the phone with a very RUDE customer service representative!!! When I asked her to verify the shipping cost, she said, “ I already told you that!” I had to called because they had a problem processing my credit card. They were shipping a necklace, that they charged $10.00 for. It’s not my fault that the card would not go through, the first time! How ridiculous to charge 10.00 for a necklace! When I asked why the charge was so high, she said it is what it is. I will think twice before I order from them again!

This was my first time ordering from Sundance and I already have had a bad experience. I should of read the reviews first before ordering. First of all, the size chart is not right. The measurements for jeans is not accurate. I wear a 27 or size 4 and the jeans were huge on me. I sent an exchange form back with the jeans for a 26 and then saw they went on sale for half price. I called customer service and talked to Cabrenna and she said they were sold out. I told her I still saw that size available on line. She said on line was not accurate. That there were none in stock in warehouse. She was absolutely sure about this. I went ahead and ordered on line anyway and they have been shipped. She was wrong. I called and tried to get the secone shipping charges adjusted because it was an exchange. She said she couldn't do that because they're now on sale. I will not order again from Sundance. I could of been a great customer, but I will not order again.

Items not delivered timely, customer service is useless. I spoke to several customer service reps and all told me a different line of BS. Avoid this seller.

Bought a purse in Scottsdale that within 60 days had the metal clasp fall apart. Contacted customer service and was told to mail it back. I did, at my expense, and had nothing but a month of 'we didn't receive it' excuses. I have been a customer for many years and expected a replacement, repair, or refund. Instead, Emmerson in 'customer service' kept sending me cold emails in response to my frustration of their lack of response. A month in with upsetting dead-end treatment, and a 'ticket number' that the call center says they do not have anything related to that number. Time passed and I recently received a partial refund check with no explanation or apology. Emmerson is still waiting for the return, per his email. Totally unacceptable for a company that presents as upper-end. They should work harder to keep customers and show a little love & support.

I ordered something backordered. Should of shipped 10 days after I ordered it per their website. It has now been over 30 day & still no shipment or any kind of communication. I have now missed the event I was going to wear it to. So guess what I have to pay shipping both ways!!!! Terrible customer service when I reached out to them.

Purchased a number of items from Sundance. All items are being returned because quality was subpar. They don't always identify the brand name of the clothing, and there is one in particular that is really bad. Sundance received my return on 01/26/2024 and I contacted them on 01/30/2024. I was told it would take another week to process the return because they are "busy". Unacceptable!

Their products are way over priced and the shipping costs are hugh! I was given a $75.00 gift certificate and ended up getting a black t-shirt for $58.00 plus shipping and had 50 cents left over. Such a rip off. Never will I shop with them again.
