Did a previous review on 9/25/24 and its 11/17/24 and no refund of $352. I was told there was a computer problem and all refunds were now hand signed checks and that was causing the delay. Hand signed? Quality control, sizing, delivery and refund issues are red flags for ordering from Sundance online. Beware!!

What happened to Sundance Catalogs clothes? They are so ugly and old lady looking. They use to have the coolest bags, shoes/boots and clothes. NOT ANYMORE 😢 Won’t be purchasing ever again!

DO NOT order from this company unless you are absolutely sure of your size / purchase. Waiting for over a month for a return to be processed. Never even received confirmation that the returns had been received. One phone call and two e-mails in and I’m still waiting. Very unprofessional.

Dreadful service. On October 29, I placed an order for a gift for my sister. On Sunday, November 10, I called because I'd heard nothing about shipping and my sister hadn't received her gift yet. Woman I spoke with told me my order had gotten "lost" due to some computer issue. (I understood her to say that some orders had not migrated from one place in their system to another.) In any event, the customer service rep said she'd make sure the order was sent to the warehouse and my sister should receive her gift either yesterday or today (November 14 or 15). Not having received any communication about shipping (email please), I just called Sundance customer service again! I was told the order was shipped yesterday (November 14) and should be received later next week: "Your order was shipped on November 14th, and you can expect to receive it between the middle and the end of next week. I will have the shipping charge refunded to you." I will NEVER order from Sundance again!

I ordered 2 items Oct 29-still unfulfilled. I have been on telephone hold now for 39 minutes and an equal time on hold for live chat. I just sent them an email to cancel the order. Will see what happens. Will not order from them again

I ordered clothes from Sundance Catalog nearly a month ago as a birthday present for my mother. My order was not shipping after some time so I called customer service and asked what was going on. They told me it was because their website was being redesigned. At first they were saying, that the billing address was supposed to be the address that it was being shipped to when it was clear on my order that the shipping address and billing address . Then they said I was correct and the shipping address was the one where I originally stated. Then they said the server was down and they couldn’t confirm order placements or shipoings. They said it shipped on October 30th and would be to the shipping address in 7-10 days. They refused to give me a tracking number. I checked with them today and they had the nerve to tell me my order shipped to the wrong address and it would be at the right shipping address in another 7 business days. This has been a nightmare! I have placed many orders online and nothing has ever been this much fo a nightmare to deal with! I am extremely hesitant to ever order online from Sundance catalog again

Just awful .. they 1 inch pair of earrings came in a box a large tv could have been shipped in plus the product was far is far more when we finally got it. They overcharged us and then when we contacted them several times, they never bothered to get back to us. I will never shop at Sundance again! they could care less about the environment with the packaging also.

I know Sundance did a website and catalog design update but it’s falling flat. No style or artistic magic like the old catalogs. They were magical. The new catalog feels like it’s trying too hard to be free people with minimalism. Prices are still expensive though, no upgrade there. Last two orders had no tracking ability so I wasn’t sure if I was getting them or not. No email updates on status. Sundance you need to do better.
