I ordered cropped pant in a size consistent with their size chart. They were way, way too big. Sent those back for refund and bought a smaller size. Not only did I have to pay shipping both ways, and they only used an expensive choice of shipping, but I waited and waited for the refund. I finally called and they said the returns hadn’t arrived for a month after I’d sent them, and that once they did show up they don’t credit your account for 6 weeks. The refund arrived eventually. The cropped pants are a nice color/pattern, but the fabric is chintzy and the mid-calf hem is too tight. I’ve bought better quality/fit at Costco for a fifth of the price.

Apparently you can’t use your gift card online and have to call them so you have to create an account with them. Extremely inconvenient not to mention they will have all your data and pollute you with their PAPER catalogue. Customer service was mildly belligerent and annoyed. Will try to get the friend who gave me this card a refund. They constantly have discounts because their items are overpriced. Also, who charges for shipping no matter how much you spend? Lots of bad reviews out there. Not surprised.

Sundance charges high prices for shipping and also returns ! Most companies only charge you one way . Surely they can cover reform shipping . I am removing myself from their mailings - will not use again.

The delay in returns processing is unacceptable. They received my return on July 24th but cannot credit my card because they said they are just now processing returns from July 5th and they process returns in the order received. I finally got an e-mail on August 8th saying they got my return and my credit card will be credited back, but it may take 30 days! They owe me over 800 dollars. They have the merchandise and they are not crediting my account. If they have that many returns then their products must be crap!!! I ordered 4 dresses and kept one that I will have to get hemmed because the mesh is way too long. I need to get refunded for 3 dresses. Their process is completely unacceptable. I notified BBB. Complained to customer service and asked for expedited processing and was told no. There should be a law against this. I suspect it will take about 45 days in total to get the refund.

This business sits on the processing of returns. They give you a return label to use which in and of itself takes 10 days before they receive the item because it goes US PS ground! Then, even after they have CONFIRMED they received your returned item, which they did for me 12 days ago, they SIT on the processing of the return! It has now been 12 days since they have confirmed to me that they received my package which was sent to them 22 days ago, and the customer service agent tells me that they won’t “get to it” for another week or two weeks! Once their substandard processing team actually credits my credit card, I am sure I will have to wait for the actual credit to appear. Horrible and UNACCEPTABLE process. It’s very interesting to me that they don’t have such a long processing time to FULFILL new orders - so that they can justify charging your card initially - but they are in no hurry to process your return and credit you back on returns. And the customer service agent does NOTHING but agree that the processing time is too long but tells you there is nothing that can be done. ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK.

I returned a dress and followed their return guidelines only to have them take 25 days to credit my debit card back. They require customers to return their merchandise in a certain timeframe and yet they hold the customers money hostage for weeks. No excuse.
