I found a huge variation in the quality of items I’ve purchased from this company. Some things have been disappointing and some things have been fine. Rarely have I purchased something I’ve loved. I no longer shop there but will probably be getting the catalog for the rest of my life.

Ordered Christmas present for my wife from this site. After a week from ordering I hadn't received a shipping notice, I emailed then without a response. When I finally was able to get a hold of a customer service person over chat, they confirmed with me they were going to deliver the item over a month after Christmas while they had already charged my card for the item. Still waiting for my money to be returned, tbd if they actually will return it...

I purchased some boots here because their website said they'd be shipped out in 2-3 days, almost one week later I hadn't received any kind of confirmation that my order was shipped, and never received the tracking link, so I logged in to my account and the screen says 'order placed'. I called , waited over an hour for an answer, the guy on the phone said I would get a tracking link in my email box 24-48 hours, never got it. I live chatted with a rep and they still weren't able to tell me where my shipment was. When I requested a screen shot of my order she said she couldn't send me a screen shot, which is weird because you can exchange image files, She said even to get confirmation with date stamps it has to go through several department and it would take several days. With all of the technology we have nowadays It's hard to believe that it's this challenging to get detailed information, NEVER ordering form them again, they sound shady, and they definately use false advertising.

This is a deceitful company! I wish I had read these reviews first. I ordered an item for a present and paid for overnight shipping. The item says it's available and has been since "November 20th, 2024." Nobody returned my emails so I went online to the online chat. After waiting, the agent "Donna C" told me it was on backorder until January 20th, and I asked her to please look at her Website. She continues to gaslight me and say it's on backorder as if I should know something utterly opposite to what their website says. What a waste of time and over 200 dollars. Save yourself the grief, and don't waste your time with this business.

I ordered three dresses back in October. I returned the dresses because I ordered the wrong sizes. They received the dresses on October 29th. I have not received a credit back to my credit card. I have called now 4 times. At the beginning of each week. Each week they tell me to be patient and it will be in my account at the end of the week siting a computer problem. In my last phone conversation the sales associate was very rude and told me she was "not a liar" and that my issue was not first on their priority list. It is over $750 dollars worth of merchandise. It is December 3rd and I am starting to feel like I will not be reimbursed. I am very frustrated seeing they received my order and it has well been over a month. I would never order from them again and would warn anyone against it. I have also emailed them twice with no response. Just a terrible experience because the wait time on the phone is over 30 minutes with each call.

I don’t know how this company is in business. Do not order here, it’s not worth the hassle! I ordered an egift card last year for mother’s birthday, it was a horrible experience and required COUNTLESS calls and emails by me, and my mother, just to be able to use it—so NOT what you want when giving a gift! This year, she chose an item that I just ordered for her to be shipped on Nov. 12, again for her birthday—the 19th. By the 27th, she still did not have it. I checked and it was listed as “unfulfilled “—so they just decided not to send it!!!!!! Wtf I sent a scathing email to which I NEVER got even a reply, wanting to know where the order was. They just suddenly shipped it to her!

Unethical. They'll take your money for items that are out of stock, not notifying you they are out of stock and then send you an email saying "thanks for being patient" stating that it's a backordered item with no known date for shipment AFTER you file a claim with Paypal. You sold me an item that's not in stock?! Oh, and if you do screw up and order from this company and need to call them don't press #3 for 'checking on an item already ordered' They don't answer unless you press #1 for 'place a new order'. lol

Purchased 3 items from the website and got a confirmation. After a week and a half I still hadn’t gotten any order or shipping updated. I tried Live Chat to find out the status of my order. No one responded so I called. My items were on a 2 month backorder. The back order was not indicated on the website when I ordered them nor was any notification sent with an update that the items were backordered. They did charge my card for items I wouldn’t see for 2 months. Not a great practice. When I did talk to a customer service representative. She was pleasant and helpful, so at least there was that. I haven’t had great communication from them in previous encounters as well, so I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again.
