Card charged, email received stating product shipped, but bot received. Customer service claims it is to arrive tomorrow and gave me USPS tracking info. USPS says doesn’t exist (double checked number given). Given a customer service link which goes nowhere.

I placed two orders by mistake tonight. I’ve been on hold with customer service two separate times one for 30 minutes and one for 20 minutes. The online website is horrible. My credit card has been charged and I will get a complete and full refund. This is ridiculous if this is how their customer services I am glad I am canceling this order and that it was ordered by mistake.

Thank you for reaching out. We want to sincerely apologize for the frustration you experienced - both with your order and in trying to get through to us. We understand how disappointing it must have been to wait on hold and feel like you didn’t receive the support promised in a timely fashion. You’re absolutely right to expect a timely follow-up, and we're truly sorry we fell short this time. After investigating your account, I can see we've fully refunded your order, and a confirmation email was sent to you. There’s nothing else you need to do on your end. We truly appreciate you reaching out to us so we could resolve this for you. If you ever decide to give our products another try in the future, we’d love to help. In fact, we’re so confident in the effectiveness of our formulas that we offer a 365-day guarantee. That gives you a full year to try our anti-aging supplements and skin care products—risk-free. To ensure that everything has been resolved to your satisfaction, we’d be more than happy to give you a quick call if you'd like to speak with someone directly! Just let us know the best time to reach you, and someone from our friendly Customer Happiness Team will be in touch.

I called the company because for some reason I had not rec'd an order number. Merly was happy to assist and found my order with no problem. Sometimes companies put you through the ringer before they find you. Merly had no trouble. Thank you Sun Coast Science for a well trained staff. JMC

This has been an extremely frustrating and concerning experience. My order was never delivered to me. Instead, it was incorrectly handled and returned to the sender, yet I was still fully charged. What makes the situation worse is the complete lack of customer support. I have reached out multiple times via email and chat, and have received absolutely no response. Being ignored while my money is taken and my order is not delivered is unacceptable. From a customer’s perspective, this feels very close to deceptive practice — taking payment without providing the product and offering zero communication or resolution. I initially had a positive impression of this brand, but this experience has completely changed that. I cannot recommend this company based on how they handle issues when something goes wrong. I strongly urge others to be cautious before placing an order here.

Thank you very much for sharing your experience with us. We want you to know that we take situations like this seriously and would truly appreciate the opportunity to look into this for you. At the moment, we’re having trouble locating your account details, so we may just need a bit more information to assist you properly. An email address or order number would be very helpful in order to do so. In cases where a package is returned to us unexpectedly, we process it as soon as it’s received and logged by our warehouse. This can take anywhere from a few days to a couple of weeks, depending on volume and staffing. Once our support team is notified, we always reach out promptly to discuss next steps. Returns can sometimes happen due to address issues or delivery complications, and we’re always here to help resolve things as smoothly as possible. We’re happy to offer a reshipment at no additional cost—either to the same address or a different one—or, if you prefer, a full refund. We’re also very sorry to hear that you had trouble getting in touch with us. Since we’re unable to locate your account right now, we kindly ask that you check your spam or junk folder, as we respond to all inquiries and aim to do so within 24 hours. We’d really appreciate hearing back from you so we can resolve this for you as quickly as possible. Thank you again for giving us the chance to make this right!

I recently ordered a bottle of the Total Package Serum and as is typical of online sales, received an offer immediately to purchase another set of bottles. The “buy one get two” offer however was priced fully for two bottles. I put the offer in the cart expecting the price to be corrected in the cart but instead the software sent the cart contents to my charge card without my executing the purchase. Very deceptive! Be very wary of Sun Coast!

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience. I completely understand how concerning and frustrating it must have been to see a charge for an order you’re sure you didn’t place, and I’m truly sorry for the stress this caused. Please know that we take situations like this very seriously and always aim to resolve them as quickly as possible. After reviewing your account, I can confirm that your order was canceled and a full refund was issued the same day you reached out. We also sent the refund details via email and tried to contact you by phone to keep you informed. That said, we'd really appreciate the opportunity to make sure everything has been fully resolved and that you feel comfortable moving forward. If you’re open to it, could you let us know a convenient day and time for a quick call? We'd be more than happy to answer any remaining questions or concerns you may have. Marsha, I’m truly sorry again for the inconvenience this caused. We genuinely value your trust and patience, and it means a lot to us. Providing a positive experience is very important to our team, and we regret that we fell short in this instance.
