I ordered the face serum from sun coast sciences and they sent me three bottles of dark spot remover that I did not order. I’ve tried multiple times calling. I have Used the online chat Assistant and I cannot get a hold of anyone. I canceled my subscription and asked to return the product, they were not offer an honor the 365 day return policy so they could only refund me 35% I declined and they offered to give me a different percentage back none of which was 100% refund. They never sent me the return information they just quit responding completely. It’s impossible to get a hold of an actual person. I’m completely dissatisfied. I canceled the subscription that they signed me up for.i have been trying to reach an actual live agent and trying to resolve by online chat for a week now with zero resolution

This shampoo is amazing! After only a couple of weeks using it every other day I’ve noticed new hair growth! My hair feels and looks great!

I watched a very long video about the product and I ordered three bottles of the Total Serum Package and instead you sent me 3 of the Dark Spot Diminisher this is a scam! You need to send what you advertised in the video!
