I also fell for this gimmick. This is what they wrote me back. I see that when you placed your order for Total Package Serum - New Two Bottle Monthly on 01/31/2026, you selected our VIP subscription plan, which ensures you never run out and get the best possible price. ***Now, I totally get that this might not have been clear*** Your refund is being processed back to the original card used for your purchase. While we’ve initiated it on our end, please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account—processing time may vary a bit depending on your bank or card provider. I went on their website and I bought the total package but did not see the VIP. Don't buy this product. It doesn't work!

I wrote a letter explaining that I had received more product than I could use before the next autoship would occur. Someone from their customer service group responded immediately and addressed my issue. He was very polite and offered to move my next shipment date.
