I placed an order for a wig & then quickly realized I wanted to exchange it for something that was more compatible with my style. I emailed Sunber Hair immediately & requested to cancel my order. The customer service Rep was able to change my order to a different wig that I really liked, without any hiccups. Customer Service was amazing, they really went above and beyond. Will definitely shop again.

In my own error during ordering I accidentally had the wrong city and state on my order. I emailed Sunber Customer service department immediately after I noticed the error. I was thinking oh no my order is not going to get fixed. But Jessica responded with the quickness stating she would get the address updated and send tracking information. The next day I received tracking with my address corrected. Thank you Jessica for your professionalism and quick service.

Excellent quality and their customer service is great. This is my second time ordering and they never disappoint. I ordered a 16 inch wig and they were out of stock. Customer service reached out to me several times to explain and rectify the problem. They offered me another length in the same style wig with no upcharge. I will definitely keep ordering from Sunber Hair, and if you haven't tried them please do. What you see is what you get.
