This is definitely a scam do not buy from this company i placed my order over a month ago and it just says order is placed. Im not even banking on getting a response via email.

I ordered in December and have not received the products nor has the company responded to my inquires regarding the product. Although the company lists no information on the website, I did find out that the owner is Nia Taylor located in Hialeah Florida. With that I’m sure we can all find more information and contact the authorities as the company is scam. Hope this helps other victims of this woman’s scams and fraudulent transactions.

Save your money. It's been a month since I placed my order and it's still showing an "order placed" status on the website. They don't respond to emails either. This is either a scam or a horrible business in general. If you placed an order go ahead and dispute with your bank now.

I ordered on December 13 and as of February 10 my order is still not delivered. I expect a small business to take some time to deliver, but 1 month should suffice. My order is stuck in Florida marked as in shipment but it’s been stalled for a very long time. Edit: my order arrived earlier this week, so took 2 months. I really like their product. It lightened my sunspots in my forearms. But they have to improve their turnaround time.

I received 1 item. After that they continued to charge my account regularly without any delivery updates or delivered items. They haven’t responded to my emails other than to say that I’m subscribed and that’s why I’m being charged. I encourage all the victims to resort it to your bank. Do a stop payment and claim to have your money returned to you

Frauds, never received the order fb says they are closed, keep getting the run around about delays

I ordered products from Tiktok, over a month ago and never received them or a tracking number. Then they have recurring monthly charges. I stopped the charges from my bank. This company scams you out of products that they never deliver. I do not know how they are still able to promote on TikTok

I believe Sugarbabycare is a scam. I placed an order in early December and never received my package. Their customer service is full of crap, they keep lying to me and saying it will be mailed out next week. I had to contact my bank and am now waiting for a refund. Definitely would not recommend !!!!! It's freaking February and the tracking is still saying it's in Florida? Really? Terrible!
