I would like to know how the charge comes up on your credit report, mine comes up as “HOUSETECHPLUS”. This company has not delivered the products, responded to my email, and keeps emailing me about buying more. The audacity is real. Me and my friends are hard working and we just all got scammed thinking we were helping a black owned business, and women. If you all have anymore details on the women scamming please share. Someone wrote that they keep charging her. Money does not grow on trees people are becoming rich off scamming I didn’t place a small order. This is horrible

I placed an order on January 15,2024. I received an email stating that my order was received and I would be notified when it was ready to ship. No tracking number was included. About 2 weeks later I emailed them asking for an update. “Ray” responded and gave me the following message: your order is in production and we are working on getting it shipped out. All orders are processed usually within 7-15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) and then approx 3-5 business days shipping. I know the processing time is quite long due to the influx of orders we receive every day and we are trying our best to process as fast as we can without compromising the quality. Our products are processed from the time we receive the order to ensure the quality and freshness of all the organic ingredients used for each product ordered. We will email you a confirmation once it ships and that will include tracking information as well. Another 2 weeks has passed so now it’s a full month since I placed the order. I emailed again and I’ve received no response.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. I placed my order over a month ago and no product was delivered. When I contacted the help email address I received no response. Save your money and don’t purchase from this bogus establishment. I wish it would stop being advertised on my social media feed.

I placed first order January 11, 2024 via Facebook/Instagram and order seemed like didnt go through so I placed a second order via affirm; when I attempted to contact sugarbaby cares help desk via email I never received a response, so no I have 2 orders of the turmeric pads but 1 get 1 free; they have my money but I have yet to receive my product.

Update: finally got my order two days ago, and I’m happy I got but disappointed on the service I received. As much as I hoped I’d become a regular I will not. They will not return any emails I ordered on Jan 4th and still haven’t received anything. I spent 70 dollars. I contact them daily and no one responds. They are definitely scamming people which is sad because you want to support businesses. Who has money to waste!

Order December 31,2023 and I’m still waiting my delivery on February 15, 2024. I’ve reached out 2x and no reply. Definitely want my money back it is scam.

This company or whatever it’s called is a scam and non-existent. I ordered the product precisely on December 16th 2023, and up till today that I am typing this message, am yet to receive the products. I ordered products worth almost $90. Never received any package and to my surprise my account was charged again January 15th and yesterday February 14, claiming under subscription. Several attempts made to contact via email and SMS all to no avail. I have never received any tracking information and the order number for all orders are non existent. I finally got my bank involved and waiting for my refund. This is really a scam and reaping people off their hard earned money. Something needs to be done.

Definitely a scammer because I placed an order Dec.30th,two weeks later after inquiring hit a fake email from Annie, 2 more weeks got a fake pre-shipping label on 1/24/24, never an update, just some bogus email from Annie again claiming it’s in the way and here it is almost 2 months later
