Ordered Jan 18th stl have mot received. The response has been the same 5 days to process 7 days to ship. Fraud DO NOT ORDER IT'S A SCAM!!

I wish I would have did my homework before I ordered from them because l ordered from them at the end of December and I just got my order today. What did I pay for shipping for? Did they send it by horse and buggy? I emailed them and sent messages on Instagram and got not response back. They are very unprofessional for that and I will never order from them again. I don’t even want anything free from them.

Wish I had read these reveiws first. I totally think this company is a scam... I was able to get someone on the online chat to refund and cancel my order. We will see how long that takes. I placed an order early Janaury and rec'd nothing but more emails to purchase items. I totally think it's a SCAM.

I absolutely love the kojic acid soap and lemon deodorant I ordered from this company previously. The products do work to fade dark spots and have helped the acne on my face tremendously. HOWEVER! My first order took a couple of weeks to arrive, so I made sure to give myself a lot of lead time on the second order. It has been over a month since I placed my order in mid-January. No responses to email. And just a canned response on delays due to making sure we "get you the freshest products" with the web chat. I really want to keep supporting this business, but long shipping delays with no warning are not acceptable. It is really easy to understand if they are going through a hard time due to insert any live event...but there is zero meaningful communication. UPDATE: 3/26/2024 Order still has not arrived and they refuse to acknowledge my request to cancel and refund. They just send canned emails about, "appreciating my patience," without acknowledging my request to cancel my order.

I placed an order over a month ago and have yet to receive my order. I do not even have a tracking number just an order # which they say has not been fulfilled.

This company is a FRAUD!! Do not purchase!! Why advertise so much if you're going to give everyone the same bull**t excuse about why their products haven't shipped yet?? Bad business practices. I just wasted a whole month when I could have bought from someone else and been well on my way to seeing results by now.

Just got my order two days ago after ordering in December. Customer support was the absolute worst! Can't comment on the products yet but I'll update in a couple of weeks. I may not be returning but they definitely need to do better by communicating and updating their clients on the progress of their delivery. If there's to be a delay because a reel went viral you MUST notify potential clients so they know to wait.

I placed my order on 12/29/23 and still have yet to received my order. They don’t reply to any emails. The only response I received was via the “live chat” and that was BS. They tried to say what I ordered was out of stock although it was in stock when purchased. The BBB needs to shut them down for scamming people. Wish I could give them zero stars!
