DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I only gave one star because I couldn’t give zero! This company is like the others said…A SCAM! I placed my order on Jan 5th, 2024. I received no email confirming my order. I sent two emails regarding the status of my order with no reply. I sent another and received a usps tracking number on Feb 5th that still hasn’t had any movement. I’ve emailed numerous times, sent numerous IG DM’s and even commented several more times on their posts. Still no answer. March 5th will make two full months from date of purchase. I try to support black businesses but unfortunately the ones I’ve used always seem to disappoint. Please DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! **CORRECTION...this is not a BLACK OWNED COMPANY!! Also it's 3/15/24 and still no products

This is a fraudulent company. They take your money and you don’t get the product, no correspondence, update nothing except a fake tracking number (so they’re scamming the USPS also) that the post office is providing to them. SCAMS..!!! I’m tired of these pathetic companies taking advantage of people by taking their hard earned money and not providing what they’ve paid for. Try to support small businesses and this is WHY PEOPLE DON’T TRUST USING SMALL BUSINESSES… for these exact reasons. Pitiful….

I placed two orders 01/12/24 and 01/17/24 and signed up for the 90 day subscription. I have sent several emails regarding my orders and cancellation notice the subscription never received a reply to address my concerns, questions or request to cancel. I contacted my credit card company and filed a dispute and ordered a new card. The lack of customer service and professionalism is disgusting. I'm so emotionally tired from dealing with this matter.

It has been 2 months and I still have not recieved my products. If I write any comments on social media, they delete it.

The customer service is the worse. I have requested a refund and they will not issue it. They just keep apologizing I no longer need or want their product. If you can’t keep up with orders get out business.

I only gave a Star because I had to to post .. but this company is a waste how do you take payment for something and two months later no product.. items still haven't been sent out . No customer service number no response to emails.. I wouldn't recommend this company if it was the last one on earth it's very insensitive to take this long knowing skincare needs are very serious and to take 2 months and still haven't shipped is rediculous and unprofessional.. stay away from black owned companies they run they own business in the grounds

I ordered this product over a month ago. January 12th to be exact. I can't rate the product itself because I have yet to receive it! Customer service however, is the absolute worse. I sent emails and have gotten no response! I will NEVER buy from this company again and I'm asking for a full refund!!

They are not scamming you will receive your product just know it will take like 2 months to ship out thou….
