Overall, the product is excellent. I like the way it makes my face feel. I ordered the glow wash. The only bad experience I had and seems as if everyone else had, is that I bought the buy one get one free and I only received one in the mail. After speaking with someone she cleared it up after I send a review. She is sending me my other one. I hope to get my product and look forward to seeing what else is in store.

I ordered during the bogo, moved, put forwarding through USPS but they lost it... Sugarbaby was so quick to replace my ordered. I normally gotta fight when the post office loses my stuff. They're awesome!

I ordered the face wash around the time of their BOGO free sale. The order was processed and delivered, unfortunately, I never received my package. I reached out to their customer service email and got a response right away and after verifying my information the order was reshipped—no hassle, no back and forth. Amazing service. I just started using the face wash and I must say my face feels clean and sooooo soft after just the first use. The simplicity of the scrub brush being attached to the bottle is ingenious and the smell is amazing. I will have to continue its use to see if it fades some dark spots I have but so far, I give it 5 stars!!

I've only used the product once but my face feels deeply cleansed. I look forward to seeing the results after I continue my usage!

I really love the Kojic acid, lemon and tumeric products. I used soap bar first and absolutely loved it. The tumeric pads are a staple in my skin care routine. Also love the glow up face wash. The only issue I had is that the bottle got clogged or broke and now I can’t get soap out. I emailed the customer service team and they have been great to resolve the issue. Will definitely purchase the bar of soap and tumeric pads again.
