I have been using this product for a few months now and absolutely love my results! My skin is even toned , hydrated and glowing ! I also love the turmeric bar soap ! These products are perfect for my sensitive skin.

The wash i love, as i thought that the buy one get one free was automatically applied, as i see it was not. So i am a little frustrated at that.

I saw a lot of good reviews about the Sugarbaby products. I wanted to try them. It did not take a long time for me to receive my product, and I can't wait to try them!

I ordered the Glow Wash which I never received. I’m not sure if the postal worker stole the package or if they were so negligent to leave my package on top of the mailbox for my whole apartment community but basically I never received it to try it. I did contact customer service they told me what I needed to do on my end for me to get a reshipment placed . Annie was very nice & helpful and now I’m waiting for the glow wash to come again so I can try it out.

I am on day two of using the Turmeric and Kojic Acid Glow Wash, and I am already experiencing and seeing amazing results! My skin feels hydrated and looks vibrant in such a short amount of time. I am excited to start incorporating the other products I purchased (Pure Kojic Scrub, Pore-fect Wash, and the Glow Serum) into my routine. I am confident that my results will be fabulous. Additionally, I encountered a minor issue while ordering an item (entirely my error). I reached out to customer service and was impressed by the extremely quick response. The customer service team addressed my error in a professional and pleasant manner, which is all a customer can ask for. Thank you so much, Sugar Baby, for your patience and understanding. Ordered the BOGO glow pads in early December. Got my order delivered on the 24th, only to find that no glow pads were in the package, just a bottle of Glow Wash that I had not ordered. Sent an email requesting a fix, but never got a reply. Went to the site and completed the form on the "Exchange Portal" on Jan 4th and as of this review, still haven't heard anything. I won't say this is a scam, as I have ordered from the site before and the products I like, but the long shipping, the customer service, and just ignoring a request to fix. I am moving to another company I found via Amazon.

Following the instructions to leave it on for 1–2 minutes, I’ve found it gentle yet effective. My skin feels refreshed and hydrated afterward, and I’ve noticed a visible improvement in my chin area. Overall, I highly recommend both the product and the exceptional service this company provides!
