Ordered for buy one get one face wash and only received one. Took 2 weeks and three emails to get a response and now they want a review on here to get the rest of the products I ordered and paid for. Will not order from them again.

I ordered the product around this sale about “buy 1 get 1 free”, it took it a while for it to deliver. Though once I got it, I only received one. It was disappointing and emailed them about to be told that I didn’t pick that option, which is odd. Anyways, I tried the product out this morning and it felt good though. Light on my skin and I felt no irritation to my sensitive skin, so I don’t regret buying it.

We're sorry to hear about the confusion with your order and the delivery delay. We understand your disappointment about only receiving one item from the "buy 1 get 1 free" promotion. We're glad you decided to try the product despite the mix-up and are happy to hear it felt good on your sensitive skin. We'd like to look into this further to understand what happened with your order. Please reach out to us directly at [email protected] so we can assist you further and make things right. Sincerely, Sugar Baby Care

Do not order from these scammers. They supplied a deal on IG for 12.99 logo. They charged me over $32 and won't accept a return when I requested it. There was no return policy communicated on the Ad. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE SCAMMERS.

SCAM! No order number received to track my package! And they do not answer emails!

This is a scam. Placed order and status has not changed. Do not buy through Instagram. I’ve emailed company and of course no response

I placed an order for the buy 1 get 1 free and like clock work the checkout was smooth took the money immediately. I have yet to receive a confirmation of order or even an email with receipt. I sent an email to the support email listed and still have not heard anything. I disputed it with my bank its sad that we support these businesses and they just scam us cant even be trusted to shop online. At this point I rather have bought the fake one from Amazon at least I know that I would receive what I paid for and not be ignored like I did them wrong. SUGARBABYCARE is a SCAM...
