Hello I did an order on December 10th and I still have not received my order I have sent two emails to the company and I still have not gotten a response back from them very upset and disappointed!! My package is showing that it has not been packaged. If I receve my order I will change my review score. Thank you

I absolutely love this product! I had my mom try it, and she loved it so much that she told my aunt about it. Now I’m making another purchase for both of them. I accidentally forgot to update my shipping address, but Annie from customer service resolved the issue right away. I’m not only thrilled with the product itself but also with the outstanding customer service I received.

Well i was supposed to get two from the buy one get one free deal. When it FINALLY arrived only one was in the package. Im a new customer but its not looking good. If you all would like to assist me in getting my second one that would be great.

My Favorite part about this set was the Porefect pads. I love the tea tree it gives my face a cooling sensation. I highly rec purchasing off the website only compared to third parties to avoid order issues.

Hey now! I finally got my Glow was and baby it’s awesome. My skin feels so refreshed and tight just after using it twice. This product is so convenient with the silicon brush applicator and simple instructions I already see a small difference. I truly love this product you have a life long consumer here. I ordered their products Nov 10 and got a tracking that has not moved from their primary location at all. Seems scamish and a big one. I have emailed them 2x so far. I'm done my financial institution will recover my monies. It's a scam

I’ve been using their products for about two weeks now and I’m slowing seeing results. One product I’m currently a fan of is the porefect wash, it seems to do great on my skin. I also love how the company makes sure everything is okay when contacted.
