I found my part easily in your website, it was shipped and delivered I. A timely manner, the only room for improvement was the lack of actual tracking, I had no idea when it would arrive. It arrived last night after 8 days.

I still have not received my order. I ordered it one week ago today the next day I got an email stating the order was sent but there was no tracking number on this order. I tried to log in to the web site to get more info by using the temporary password, then was directed to change password word to a personalize password and to no avail it didn't work. After several attempts going through the same steps I had no success. Now I have received an email asking for a review on a purchase that I have not received nor received an update on the status of my order 🙃

Well I'm a the web experience is as good as it can be ....I purchased a new furnace cage or frame ....but why don't you sale the rear door or cover plate with the vent holes ...even with the cage or the housing it would have been included ....
