Got the right part. But paid for overnight and got it 4 days later.

You did not notify me that the part was even delivered!

Package is was open a little and the threads were rusty.

Got parts I needed but not able to see shipping information. I had no idea if my parts were on the way or even shipped.

You did fine. The part is not the same as the ones in the stove. Super difficult to install.

3 stars only because the item we were buying was still up on their site but they didn't have it in stock and didn't let us know for a few days after we placed the order.

Replacement oven door was received promptly. Customer service was good. I just find it very disappointing that they don’t offer just a replacement glass for the door. I should be able to get a replacement glass for half the price of an entire new door.

I have yet to receive the item I ordered. I sent an email a week after ordering and got a reply that it is in special order 4-6 weeks out. Just a little confusing as the confirmation email only said it was awaiting shipment. Will I receive an email letting me know when it is shipped? All other transactions have been great! Thank you.
