Ordering was easy, the part arrived in good time and in good order. It fits perfectly. So I'm very happy with Suburban.

Expedient order response, updated delivery progress, and received in short order.

I ordered a new door for my Suburban oven. It took three months to get here. When it got here the glass in the door was upside down. I contacted them and have been trying to get it replaced since then. It is almost August and we keep getting the same response "I'm working on it" but nothing. You can only contact them by email. Do not work with this company.
