I ordered a burner knob but I received an oven knob.

the picture/diagram showed the entire fuse assembly....perhaps rewite discription to say not the assembly just fuse.....rather than as you have it wrtten for more clarity.......then people can better evaluate your price for a single fuse.

No communication

Your website is not descriptive enough about the parts and I submitted a question that was never answered.

The advantage is, the company sells high quality parts. But man! Their website has problems. Paying through PayPal proved to be impossible. PayPal popped up and that part went as usual, then the website lost the transaction. Tried several times with the same result. Finally had to use their "credit card" payment method, which worked okay. While trying to get PayPal to work, I opened the chat box, -- after which, it was impossible to close. I tried to use it to get support several times and always got the same answer: no one was available. Even worse, after opening the chat box, it wouldn't close! It just sat there, in the way of using the website to finish the credit card payment method, which I had to work around. I got an order confirmation email, but no follow up confirming shipping with a tracking number. I finally had to reach out to support (again!), to confirm shipping and get the tracking number. The good news is: I did get the parts I purchased. But not without an extraordinary amount of drama.

Glass was shattered on delivery.

Ordered RV refrigerator door bins. Received them. They all broke and cracked during travel. I was instructed to contact the manufacturer for replacement. Lippert said Suburban is not affiliated with them and referred me back to them. So now I am out $90 with broken defective shelf bins.

Delivery took too long.
