Super 8 K.
I ordered the sail switch which did go smoothly but then I had a chance to test my current switch and found it was functioning. So I tried for days to order an ignition control board and I couldn’t get anything to work so until now I assumed you went out of business.

I did not get the part I wanted. I ordered a burner with #65 orifice and got a 61 orifice.

You charged 40.00 in freight and the part came in an insulated envelope. Ridiculous

Cannot get a hold of anyone, I need to return and reorder.

I haven’t received my product and can’t get a response back. No tracking number, can’t talk to nobody. Keep getting emails to rate product so I’m finally going to rate it 0. Could be great product but I don’t have it. Will never order from this company again. 40.00 down the drain
