I would like to see at leadt basic installation instructions

Super simple and I got the exact part I needed.

it would be nice to be able to make a phone call and talk to a real live person. They provide a phone number but unable to get thru without and extended wait. Tried to chat but the chat ended up wanting 5.00 to chat with a technician and seems the only way to get thru to the company is via email and the turn around is several days.

Very terrible customer service. Our part came in broken. And let me say it wasn’t their fault, it was shipping. I had to email the company. I tried calling because I’m not that fluent with emailing. I couldn’t get anyone to anwser the phone and then had to wait an extra week for them to ship/ receive the part.

The advantage is, the company sells high quality parts. But man! Their website has problems. Paying through PayPal proved to be impossible. PayPal popped up and that part went as usual, then the website lost the transaction. Tried several times with the same result. Finally had to use their "credit card" payment method, which worked okay. While trying to get PayPal to work, I opened the chat box, -- after which, it was impossible to close. I tried to use it to get support several times and always got the same answer: no one was available. Even worse, after opening the chat box, it wouldn't close! It just sat there, in the way of using the website to finish the credit card payment method, which I had to work around. I got an order confirmation email, but no follow up confirming shipping with a tracking number. I finally had to reach out to support (again!), to confirm shipping and get the tracking number. The good news is: I did get the parts I purchased. But not without an extraordinary amount of drama.

The defective part was replaced in a timely manner.
