The cook top knobs were exactly what I was seeking. Shipping was fast. Price seemed high but they are just like the originals in terms of fit and appearance.

They had the parts I was searching for. Shipping is a little slow but it's coming. 1 came quickly the other is slower. Thank you for having my parts

product was shipped timely, only issue was not able to trace shipment, did not know when it was to be delivered

Tracking information would've been helpful. I was expecting my part to arrive a few days earlier than it actually did.

I would like to see at leadt basic installation instructions

I found my part easily in your website, it was shipped and delivered I. A timely manner, the only room for improvement was the lack of actual tracking, I had no idea when it would arrive. It arrived last night after 8 days.
