Your website is not descriptive enough about the parts and I submitted a question that was never answered.

Package is was open a little and the threads were rusty.

Ordered on line. Description was correct. USPS tracking was great. Part works as it should.

Easy to order. Fast delivery. I’m an RV Tech and I’ve ordered several times from the Suburban site. No issues. Good communication.

As it turned out, the part I ordered was not needed. I wanted to return the box (which HAD NOT been opened) for a cash refund but was told that you would not do that. You only offered a store credit. I do not foresee needing parts in the near future so the credit does me no good. Thanks for nothing. Horrible customer service. I have already started spreading the word to ALL my camping friends. I want my money back. EDIT: Im sorry, I forgot that the other option was to return the part and pay a restocking fee. Another form of horrible service. I’d like all my money back.
