I ordered some items from stuff4crafts way back in May of this year. I noticed a small error with the delivery address I contacted the company who said they couldn't changed the address as the items had already been sent out for shipping. It was a small error in the number of my house addreas I live at number 6 and my neighbour lives at number 7 everything else including postcode/zipcode was correct. I spoke to my neightbour to let them know of the issue. I contacted the company again they stated that if the items are not delivered then they would be returned to the company and I would be refunded. So several months on and the items were not delivered and I have never had a refund.

call and never get a call back i will never order from them again

We won't be buying from this company again: 1) the delivery took a long time to arrive; 2) the amount we paid (that they took from our account) was more than the receipt shows; 3) the receipt doesn't show VAT which is a pain for businesses. Their website looked to be a UK website so we expected a quick delivery and a VAT receipt. But they are in fact a US-based company. This is not clear enough on their website. I emailed they to complain about the overcharge and did not even get a reply! Very poor, dishonest company - avoid.

This company "fulfilled" two orders of mine, one from Amazon and one from Overstock. BOTH orders were screwed up completely. For the Amazon order, they sent 2 packs of the wrong paper, instead of the 2 I had ordered. It was difficult to get a return label and refund, but after multiple emails, a refund was finally entered. UNFORTUNATELY, they were also the "3rd party seller" on my Overstock order, which I did not notice until it was TOO LATE. On the overstock order, they first sent a box of items but left out a stencil, which was part of the order and was listed on the invoice inside the package. However, the stencil was NOT included! I spent days trying to get in touch with the company to get a response. They eventually responded and said they would send a replacement. However, when the package arrived from them, it did NOT have the stencil. Instead, it contained 50-page paper pack made by "colorbok" can called "heartland." I had no paper from Colorbox as part of the Overstock order!! That's just what they sent me instead of a replacement stencil! This make THREE packs of "Heartland" paper they have sent me in error. I still don't have my stencil and they still have the full payment for you. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Ordered from stuff4crafts and then got charged a £12 customs and handling fee on top of what I had already paid ! This was not made clear at the time of purchase. Avoid this company if you live in the U.K. !

i just got taken in by this company for an order that i never recieved through Amazon and apparently they dont care! Basically took my money and now wont honer the sale to me

My order was processed in a day and shipped the next day with tracked service. It arrived within 10 days to the UK with no problems. No issues with the items, all in good condition. Very pleased with the service, will definitely shop again.

I purchased 2 candles from them through Walmart and was sent a foam ball even though the packing slip said 2 candles. Contacted Walmart and was told that I would receive communication from S4C so that they could rectify the order. Sent S4C pics of the foam ball and was told that I would receive a refund in 2 days. 2 days later and no refund or pending refund. I contacted Walmart and was issued a credit by them within min. Thx Walmart!
