I placed an order with them 10 days ago. Although, I did receive an email confirming my order, it wasn't until I emailed them asking when to expect the shipment that they printed the label. Eight hours after I inquired when to expect my package, I received a notification that they had just begun the process to ship it. Buyer beware, if you order from them it will take them 10 days and an email from you asking if they will actually ship the stuff they already took your money for.

I ordered 7 paint brushes and only received 1. I was charged for all 7 and no explanation why the other 6 didn’t arrive. I’ve tried contacting customer service .. to no avail. Frustrated. Update: I received a reply on here saying I would’ve received an automated reply to my email.. which I did not. I understand that things are screwed up because of Covid. I just like to be kept in the loop.

I sent an email to check the status of my order and email address that was provided was not valid. I will be calling my bank to cancel. Very disappointed. Ordered several packs of coasters that I need now.

I bought 250 sheets of paper Neenah white on Amazon Stuff4 Crafts. I started to use the paper. I then took the label off to save it for the next time I needed to order it . I noticed that I only received 125 sheets. I contacted them and they said it was a mistake in the ad. I was unable to return the paper because I opened it and they refused to send the paper missing paper which I paid for. Needless to say I am extremely disappointed in the way they handled the matter, the time it took to get a response and their refusal to make good on what I purchased. I will not order anything from them again. Make sure what you order from them is correct. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Jackie

I ordered a very small package of clips for protective covers on my couch. It has been ten days now and waiting. It could be sent in a very small envelope for maybe a dollar shipping. It costs me $3.49 shipping for a $3.76 item.But I need them. I see you claim you are in the USA according to your website. I can tell you NOT. I am looking at it now. No address for your company. You have a toll free number. I suspect taking this long means it comes from China. Please show us where your address is at on your website.

What sort of company changes someones order and ships without buyers permission first? The worst. I ordered 3 packs of hot glue sticks to make the shipping cost worth it. They changed the quantity to 2 and shipped without contacting me or anything resulting me wasting money on shipping. Edit after comment added: That's a whole lot of bull. Even a PayPal despute was opened in attempt for conpensation making it as easy as possible for you to conpensate and you declined. Case closed as it's a invalid reason for a refund through PayPal. Automatic or not changes nothing.
