Very disappointed. Paid extra shipping for product to be delivered on a Friday. It never came. The customer service dept is closed on weekends and holidays. So am forced to wait until next Wed to find out what happened. Very unhappy and disappointed. Will never shop there again.

It's called Bait and Switch. My spouse ordered some plastic boxes for her primary school class. It was supposed to be 2 orders of 6 boxes ea. for ~ $65 CDN. thru Amazon. What was received? 2 boxes for the same price! Checking back on the Amazon add revealed that the same order number was now showing the 2 box offer, which BTW is ridiculous - who would pay $60 for 2 boxes ea. roughly 12"x 17"x5"??? (we found sim. boxes at Walmart for $6.40 ea.) Efforts to contact S4C were met with the usual "We are experiencing heavier than usual call volume..." and emailing got no response at all. We had to ship the boxes back for around $20CDN with the only commitment being that we would get a cheque for the original order minus shipping. So here we are having spent over $80, waiting to a net total of $20 - does that not sound like a ripoff! But great customer service - NOT. A one star rating is frankly too high. Terrible outfit. Part II Just got a CYA reply from S4C. Won’t go over the details of who did what to whom. Two points - 1)This is the 1st and only reply to me (and it wasn’t really to me but to Trustpilot) from S4C. 2) Who would order boxes this small and cheaply made for $30 ea. Nuff said! Part III Just spoke with my wife and she did send a screenshot of what you originally offered.

We again apologize for the confusion with your wife's order. As explained to your wife on several occasions, the listing was for one only box. There was no change to the listing and no bait and switch. Several requests for screenshots of the order that indicated the listing was for more than one box were also denied. Amazon has given their full support to our company and has relieved us of any wrong doing by closing your wife's claim as well as removing all negative feedback left. We are sorry that this case was not able to be rectified.

Ordered Standard ScanNCut mat plus Rhinestones. They have sent me only Rhinestones. When I have asked about my mat, only then they replied that they tried to refund me my money for mat. Apparently they had only last one and it was not good to send. When I checked their website it was still showing in stock. So I lost money for shipping as Rhinestones wasn't thing I really wanted. It was only extras, I could have buy somewhere else and do not pay £2.8 for shipping. Disappointed

Unresponsive to communication. I placed an order which totalled $44.22 but was charged $60.41. I have emailed, sent a message via the live chat and also tried to call them but the office is never open even though I have called 9 -5 EST. I have received my order but still no explanation as to why I was charged more than the invoice stated.

I am in Canada and ordered for the first time recently from Stuff4Crafts. Order was processed immediately but the tracking number didn’t work so I was concerned. I was a little impatient with this and contacted them several times re my order. They responded every time I asked where my package was and kept assuring me it was on the way but the tracking number didn’t work so I wasn’t convinced. The package did arrive in 16 days which I guess between countries isn’t bad so I was happy and the items were exactly as ordered.

Placed an order in the UK and received goods in good time. Was charged again for import tax and custom clearing (had already paid for it on the original invoice) I contacted Stuff4Crafts customer department to question the charges. They reacted very quickly and immediately refunded the extra charges, which are already in my account again. Am please and will order again!

I ordered 3 items.... the order was processed and the money for the products and the shipping costs was deducted from my account. Without warning or notification 2 of the items were removed from my order and the costs apparently credited back to me. Shipping costs however were not adjusted following the change to my order and when queried on this the staff response was uncaring and rude. I still have not received the order more than a month after ordering and am getting no help from Stuff4Crafts staff in tracking the order. My honest review after this, my first ever purchase with Stuff4Crafts, is that I will not be returning as a customer and nor will my spouse or children or any of my friends, who are all artists. In Australia good customer service is what gets you customers, bad customer service is what gets you bad reviews and the loss of business. Be cautious if you decide to use Stuff4Crafts.

Can you please reach out to our customer service once again and I have directed them to issue the shipping refund.
