There wasn't any communication on my shipment being processed or when it shipped as there was supposed to be. I received one item with no update on the other two items. I had to email customer service twice just to find out when/if they would arrive. A lot of work for me. Ultimately I got two out of three. Credit on the third item was prompt.

I seem to have a problem with the freeship21 discount coupon and am unable to get a real person

I am missing the pounce pad from my order. I email with all the information required on Dec 29th and also called and left a message Jan 11th. I have not received any response to either email or message. Please get in touch with me.

Could have been digitally sold cheaper. 8 plus was expensive for one sheet of paper. Not much of a pattern. Disappointed

the merchandise was perfect at a reasonable price however, they need some help with their "inventory system". When I ordered none of the items said backordered (like some items I did want to order but understood they did not have them available) so I ordered the items that "appeared" to be in stock. The order is delivered and inside the box is a notation the rest of the order is back ordered It would have been nice a day or so after I placed the order if they would have sent me an email indicating more than half of my order was not in stock instead of me seeing only 2 items in the box and then I called to find out they were not sure when the rest of my order would be in stock..... and a refund would be issued. that seems to me to be a confusing way to do business. IF you have a computerized system to place orders on line, then your computerized system should also have the ability to do inventory right at the time an order is placed. They did not respond in an hour or so after I placed the order I think it took like a day and a half to respond, in that time they should have been able to see the majority of my order was unavailable and they should have contacted me before they shipped ---- not a note inside the box with the shipment!!

I ordered 4x an item and got 4x a different item. They never actually had the true item in stock. Points for sending a return label promptly, though. I sent back, checked tracking and a week later after they received I still had no refund, so I had to bug them for it. Which did eventually come. No now I'm out a few weeks between order placement and refund and still don't have what I actually needed in the end. My 1st and last order from them.

My wreath forms arrived & I stored them since it was close to thanksgiving. When I got them out, the weld was loose in a couple of places on both of them. I guess I can still use them but was not what I expected
