This was my first order with Stuff4Crafts so I was obviously nervous given some of the prior reviews. My order was shipped quickly and accurately. The yarn I ordered is perfect and the price was great! Thank you! Will definitely be ordering again!

I had ordered 2 different color spray paints and only received one color. When I emailed to ask about the others, I got a prompt reply with an explanation (shipped from different warehouses). I was very pleased with the customer service and would highly recommend Stuff4Crafts!

Ordered a bunch of small, 1in. brass rings and they sent me two giant 10in rings....I'm guessing I won't hear back about a refund?

Hi Leya, Again, we are sorry you received the wrong product. I see that you have been refunded in full and we would love to see you give us another chance.

Stuff4Crafts is a horrible business. We never received our order even though this company said it had been delivered to our mailbox! They refused to refund us our money! We filed a complaint with Wal Mart as that is where we had ordered this material from. Don't buy anything from Stuff4Crafts!

Easily the worst customer service I have ever experienced. It appears to be run by pretty incompetent people. Their site has an error where you can view no history of your order even though you got an email confirmation and charged. The customer service phone number appears to be a dummy line, you get an automated message no matter how many times you call. I wish I would have looked up reviews on this site, I would have discovered how bad of a business they are. I am currently working through Paypal to handle my dispute since hey never reply to emails, and amazingly (but not unsurprisingly given they never answer your emails), they seem to miraculously reply when you dispute your charge in PayPal. I have a network of friends who spends hundreds of dollars on supplies like this per month and I have warned them never to buy from these guys ever so they are steering clear. I am fortunate I spent a small amount because I wanted to see how fast they ship and how good the customer service was if there was an issue. They failed at both. Note to the business: Customer Service is how you grow niche businesses like this. Maybe you should work on that. Worst business on the internet. Don’t waste your time or money. If you have to go through a PayPal Dispute for them to actually acknowledge your issue, it isn’t worth your money or the headache.
