The price of my purchase was much cheaper than anywhere else. I received it in a timely manner. My only suggestion...notify the customer when the package ships. The same day I was planning to email the company inquiring about my package, I received it in the mail. Very happy with my purchase.

Product was very good. Only disappointment was the amount of time it took to receive. I would use this company again.

I bought a bolt of tricot interfacing and was very happy with it. My only concern was when I just yesterday got towards the end of the bolt, it was cut and the next piece was jagged. Have bought several full bolts before but have never encountered this. The rest of product was great.

The thing I don't like about your website is that I can NEVER speak to a live person. Otherwise things are good

Shipping was slow, but it was free, so I can’t complain too much, and my order was complete.

I ordered 2 tim holtz scissors and received several shipments of 2 scissors. I think it was 3. They did arrive quickly. I sent 2 shipments back. Seem like good folks to buy from.
