Strawberry has been extremely useful for me! I was having a lot of difficulty with transition in my career, but my career coach listened to me, encouraged me, and help me set goals to take steps forward. The coaching is very personal and professional, and has given real results. I would highly recommend them!

My coach Katherine was great at helping me to explore what types of jobs I would like to look for. She helped me to identify both career and home-life goals that would move me toward the changes I want to make. She was encouraging and really kept me on track. In the end, my current employer agreed to some changes and I decided to stay with them for a few more years, and I really credit Katherine with encouraging me to explore that option as well.

I was hesitant to invest in career coaching because I used to be really good at navigating the job market on my own, but so much has changed in the last two years that I concluded it was necessary. I've been pleasantly surprised to find that the coaches can offer some really mindset-shifting exercises as well as some very specific practical advice for navigating business and job applications in the age of AI. I hate that it's necessary to learn whole new skill sets and do more work just because of AI, but Strawberry really can help manage the cognitive and emotional load of adapting to AI.

I had a very disappointing experience with Strawberry. I signed up and paid for a trial, but after rescheduling one of my coaching sessions, my coach renewed my trial. Shortly afterward, Strawberry charged me approximately $320 CAD for a monthly membership that I never intended to purchase or authorize. I contacted customer support hoping they would investigate what happened or offer a reasonable solution, such as a refund or credit. Instead, they immediately placed the blame on me, dismissed my concerns, and made no meaningful effort to resolve the issue or even look into it further. The billing process felt misleading, and the lack of accountability from customer service made the experience even more frustrating. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend the platform.
