Great app to help focus on your career goals

I truly did not know what to expect and had never done career coaching in the past, but I would highly recommend it to everyone. I was able to find some clarity, reassess my goals, set priorities and then focus on a specific thing each week. The next week would just build on that progress. Even when I thought I’ve learned everything and I’m in a good place, life sometimes just throws things at you and then I had someone to talk it through with and process it so I would recommend this to everyone.

Coaching has been extremely helpful. My coach is knowledgeable, truly cares about what I have to say and what I want to learn, and has helped me problem solve. I genuinely think a lot of people could benefit from using the strawberry.me services.

Although my coach was great I find the tactics used my Stawberry to be less than ethical. They surveil their coaches, most likely with AI so if there is anything that comes up in conversation that is not exactly in line with their program they will flag it and reprimand the coach. Mind you this is not so much to ensure safety but to make sure that coaches potentially don't poach clients so it restricts a coaches ability to do their best job for fear of reprimand. Outside of that issue they just charged me $170 even though I canceled in March. No charge in April but somehow now I'm charged again in May?? It's my belief that this is intentional. They can make money when people aren't paying attention. Seems to me the founders are 2 bros using cookie cutter methods to create another platform to make money. I would never recommend Stawberry to anyone.

My experience with my coach was great! He's very engaging and friendly, and extremely knowledgeable! But what I love most is the support and honesty, he's not telling me what he thinks I want to hear and his advice isn't generic. It really does feel like therapy for your career.

Strawberry.me has been a game changer for me. Sahar is my coach and she has a great way of listening and crafting a goal-based plan. Working with strawberry.me has been a real advantage for me personally and my business. Two enthusiastic thumbs up.

Strawberry used my input quiz results to match me up with a career coach who supports me in whatever direction I want to go. My coach checks up on me if I haven’t made an appointment or reached out within a week. She has shared many resources on not only how to figure out what’s next for me but then resources to make it happen. I’m so grateful for my time with her and I feel inspired and energized after each session. I feel like I’m doing what’s best for me even if it isn’t what’s logical. She supports me and my choices while also giving pros and cons for each choice.

I am so grateful for Strawberry, and for my coach! I did not select my coach, but I filled out a questionnaire and was paired with an ideal coach for my situation and goals. This service has given me faith in online career coaching, and I believe it's because they only work with certified professionals. I would recommend Strawberry to anyone looking for a specialist in career counseling. I really appreciated that in the first appointment my coach did a great job distinguishing therapy from career counseling; I really respect the integrity she demonstrated by educating me on that difference up front. It really helped us focus on the high-yield topics! In as little as two 45-min appointments I reached an action plan with my coach. Since then I have enjoyed sharing my progress and adjustments along the way, and I appreciate knowing my coach can prompt me for accountability when I need it. :)
