Counseling for comfort and momentum. I've been very pleased with my experience so far. I have enjoyed each of my sessions and learned so much more about myself than I expected. We've covered some deep topics about my personal values which apply to every aspect of my life, not just work. My career coach has been fantastic, helpful, a great sounding board, and always offers action items I can take to keep momentum going. We keep track of goals together. I've gained a lot of confidence in my job search journey. I also find the pricing to be affordable and fair. Throughout my life I've had several therapists/counselors; I consider myself to be experienced in this realm. I really do recommend this platform as a means to seek clarity and gain traction with one's career.

Ann provides a positive and energizing experience. The communication always focuses on emerging personal strengths and believing in more than a basic 8 hour repetitive job. It provides hope and resonates with doing things you love to make money instead of making other people money that don't care about your success.

I’ve been using Strawberry for a few “sprints” so far. While I’m a little confused on the model, I appreciate the way that you can work with a coach, select a coach that may share a similar background to you and immediately start chatting. I haven’t really used a coach before in my life, but after recently feeling lost and losing control of who I am and my abilities due to my job, I started to regain some of my lost confidence through coaching. My coach immediately put a plan together, helping give an exercise to find what excited me as well as provide reassurance that what I was facing at work is not normal and providing key strategies to deal with workplace issues. While I’m still on my journey to finding a job that allows myself to use more of my talents, I have already felt some of the benefits — my head feels a little clearer, I’m not as stressed as I used to be, and I have a more solid game plan moving forward. I really appreciate what coaching has done so far.
