I am a coach for the platform. I initially thought the system was not understanding me and that was the case for awhile with the prompts I was getting during sessions. The tech wasn't fully developed and it was difficult to use the scheduling feature. I also heard many clients didn't like the billing or they didn't understand what exactly they had signed up for. Many of these items have been fixed and they actually have people to reach to you for discussions. It felt like a "blackhole" at first but they've improved their processes a lot since I first started with them last year. I hope this makes people come back who may have been dissatisfied in the past. I have over 20 years of professional experience in my field and an ICF coaching credential so I've been able to use my experience and training to help people outside of my 9-5. While I wish I was matched with more clients who stayed longer with me, I do appreciate everyone I've worked with so far.

I've been working with Carrie and I'd say any coaching experience has more to do with the person you are working with than the corporation. She shares a similar neurotype to me and has been super helpful navigating my stuck patterns with a nervous system-first philosophy rather than the traditional grind hard towards a rigid goal mentality US culture favors - this has never worked for me. I appreciate the way she is helping me detatch from the system's expectations towards what actually aligns for my being.
