Quick turn around

This had been an absolute pleasure working these guys. They delivered an unbelievably awesome trailer. They gave me a chance to edit the trailer. Totally professional. Just fantastic all around!!!!

They did a very professional job on my book trailer

It was good because I got in before the 3 adjustment guideline. AI does not replace customer conversation. It's so important to have more than 3 adjustments to get something that fits. AI is only a base start. Technology is good but it caters to those who know how to use it; ie stopping the video to make the comment for that moment in time. And waiting 2 weeks to get that information regarding how to comment. Nothing replaces human conversation and connection; yes it takes time to involve people. It's the customer's money; it's the customer's book; and most are new to the system; it's scary to not have enough conversation about the content. I do like the trailer; however, I wasn't going to spend any more money on it and perhaps still not get the details that I'd like. It's AI and space/time was limited and adjustments effect other things. I think the staff respond professionally and are courteous and friendly.
