This company is a dream maker. Seeing my book come to life with the quality of a television children’s special was more than I expected. It was timed and executed perfectly.

I ended up requesting a refund for my order and I will have to say that I was impressed with the customer service aspect in that the company was very understanding of my request to process a refund. Very simply, the book trailer did not meet my expectations and it would’ve cost me double to have it redone according to my specific requests. Therefore, I cannot either endorse the company or give them a negative rating with regard to the service I received. They stood behind their moneyback guarantee, and that speaks to their integrity.
