The team is nice and very organized. I got the script creation in addition to the video hoping their team would know all the best and most advanced methods and hooks to make the video really stop scrolling and win customers. Instead, I got a script that I could have easily done on my own with GPT, so I do not recommend that. Also, while I specifically requested a video that followed the Amazon ad guidelines, they didn't follow that and I received a video that I can't use. Any additional change would mean doing another video entirely for another $300. So, I basically ended up with a video that I'll have to edit and fix the format on my own. For small changes, they let you do only 3, so be detailed in your briefing.

I asked for some changes to be made, where the figure had a weird shape (fat with boobs), they just made the screen black. The narrator's voice is not at all consistent with the concept and the dragon's voice makes him sound unintelligent. There are a couple of things that are excellent, so I know you have the technology and skill to do a great job, this isn't it. I asked for the final line of dialogue to be changed because it says epic proportion and the mythic proportion was too much together. I asked for it to be changed to friends forever or something generic like that. That wasn't changed. I'm disappointed because the opening is great, the landing on the cliff is great, then the water and swimming is wonderful. There is the face of a dragon that isn't even the face of Sparke and I sent a lot of images for you to use. Some things were done really well, but the things that are not make it unusable as far as I'm concerned. I'm sorry because I was very excited to use it as a promo. Will not use it as it stands.
