The trailer is great. Very attention getting. There was a problem communicating the time to meet but it worked out in the end

Hi Melissa, I'd like to apologize for not meeting your expectations when it comes to communication. We're a small team and sometimes we get bogged down with work/communication from trying to juggle so many clients. Still, I wish you would have had a better experience. We always strive to provide the highest quality customer service that we can. On another note, we are so happy you liked your trailer. You were terrific to work with and we wish you the best with your book.
