Hi Alexander, This is Robert Hicks, founder of StoryReel Studios. I’m truly sorry that your experience with your trailer for Thunderhead Wash fell short of what you expected, especially after working with us on previous projects. I understand your concern about the actor likenesses used in the trailer and how that made the final video feel unusable for you. That is not the outcome we want for any author. Because of this, we are refunding your entire order. Please note that it typically takes 3–5 business days for the funds to be returned to your card, depending on your bank or card provider. I’ll also be personally reviewing this project with our team so we can better understand what happened and improve how we handle visual references, likeness concerns, and revision expectations moving forward. We appreciate that you gave us another opportunity to work with you, and I’m sorry we didn’t deliver the experience you deserved this time. We truly wish you and *Thunderhead Wash* great success.

Hi Randy, This is Robert Hicks, founder of StoryReel Studios. I’m truly sorry to hear that your experience with us felt mediocre. That is never the standard we want to deliver. We want every author to receive a book trailer they can be excited about and proud to share. Unfortunately, it sounds like we missed the mark with yours, and I sincerely apologize for that. Because of this, we are refunding your entire order. I also want you to know that I’ll be personally reviewing this project with the editor who worked on your trailer so we can identify where we fell short and create a clear improvement plan. Our goal is to continue raising the quality of our work and provide authors with exceptional marketing materials that help them grow their impact and sell more books. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to work on *Life at the Lake*. We truly wish you and your book great success.
