Awesome service - expedient and professional!

We shopped several storage facilities before settling on StorPlace. The price, the security, the cleanliness of the grounds and unit were all important factors to our choice. The climate controlled facility could be even better controlled (seems a little damp and not as cool as we would prefer), but it is adequate for our (hopefully) short-term needs. Staff is friendly and helpful. I would recommend this facility to others.

My second time purchasing storage space here. I feel secure with my property there. The people are friendly and helpful. Always clean and well kept. I would recommend to a friend.

StorPlace was able to work with me last-minute to help ensure I received as a large a unit as possible. They made the process extremely easy, offered excellent service, and even called when I did not engage the lock properly after a visit so I could fix it indicating they do actually check on the security of their storage facilities. I am extremely happy with the service and strongly endorse them.

I usually don't take the time to reply to these things but I was so impressed with the service that I needed to make the exception. First, I quickly realized that this storage facility was full, and it was actually a possibility that I wouldn't be able to get a storage here. Which concerned me because I'm here in Murfreesboro because of a disability and my family lives less than 5 min away, so it was important to me that I got something fairly close. Nicole, the manager, explained that I couldn't reserve a unit, but she had a couple of units coming available. So she took my info and called me when one came open. Who does this? The property was very clean. And she did everything to make my experience a positive one!!!!

Having been in self storage as a manager with Storage USA for 7 years, I appreciate a well run facility. The employees are responsive to the customers needs, respond to online requests, were prompt when I made an appointment and fulfilled my needs expediently. The facility is clean, the units are well maintained and the lot is clean. I give them 5STARS

Staff was extreme friendly and helpful. Initial sign-up was quick. Storage area was well maintained and easy to access.
