StorPlace Self StorageReviews of storplaceselfstorage.com

Amy and the entire staff were so very helpful to us after a long and grueling move process. They also helped us when during the unload process temporarily lost our keys. They gave us a new set and let us turn in the unopened Mia key set a few days later after getting unpacked and settled. So thankful for Amy and the crew in Bellevue and will continue recommending them!!!

The girls in the office were so friendly and helpful over and above. I had my house coming in from California and the storage place I was initially referred to was so not to my liking. No one is ever in the office, I was never and still have not contacted by anyone for getting access to unit. I feel at peace with the storage of my home and have easy access to my unit.

Staff is courteous and friendly. Units are well lit and clean with multiple options for individual needs. Very happy with my choice of facilities.

Quick reply to website inquiry. Friendly staff Neat clean storage units Easy in and out Security in and out

New facilities. Clean. Good, friendly customer service.

I searched for storage units over and over. The reviews for StorPlace were exceptional. Only problem was I had a particular scheduling issue. No one, not even StorPlace could help me. In desperation I called Dustin at StorPlace. I explained my problem. He helped me find a solution and I am so happy to have my belongings there. The entire property is immaculate. Although StorPlace has been there 5 years it looks as if it were built yesterday. What a find. I cannot say enough for StorPlace or Dustin. Thank you.

We stopped in to ask about getting a rental unit on a Saturday afternoon. We had waited until the last minute- and actually had things with us to store when we stopped! The girl at the desk showed us both of the units we were interested in. When we decided on the unit that had just been vacated that morning, she swept it out right then so we could unload immediately! She was very helpful in walking us through the paperwork and giving us all the information we needed. The facility is clean and secure, and provides wheeled carts to transport items from the dock to your unit. Could not ask for anything more!

Hands-down one of the best customer service experiences I've had. Not only are the temperature-controlled storage facilities clean and secure, but the employees are friendly, attentive, and go out of their way to exceed your expectations as a customer. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend StorPlace to my friends and family!
