Your staff is nice, but I feel like you charge too much for a 10x10 on the outside. Also, the access to the facility closes to early.

Beware entire pricing structure is designed to get your stuff and accumulate fees. Late fees by the 5th and additional fees every 5 days. No discounts for early payment or anything and 45 days late lose your belongings, be careful.

Not Happy about the miscommunication on 2 situations on getting our boat stored there... Both times the deal slipped through to another customer. One on the other phone line while we were cliosing the deal. And conveniently another Jeff got our assigned space after we had already signed and got the paperwork because his name was Jeff that's my husbands name also???? ugh

We parked our boat here all last season. We loved our spot. However, there was a failure to charge our card one month so we were locked out without any knowledge of why. My husband went back this year to get our spot again. Brittany had him sign and pay for everything, while putting off any questions till after payment. When he asked about the billing issue and how it may be resolved it it happened again, she became rude and abrupt. He requested our money back and to cancel our spot, had she answered his questions before payment and use that attitude he never would have signed in the first place. She refused a refund and cancellation. We have not use out spot at all and will be canceling before the 14 day requirement. Poor customer service for such a nice facility.

Storage facility is perfectly fine and very convenient. But their online coupon does not spell out conditions (when it says the coupon is good for $20 off first month's rent, it doesn't tell you that means first FULL month's rent. And if your first month is a partial month, you have to wait until the next month to use the coupon. Oh, and if they don't KEEP your coupon when you first start your rental and if they don't make a note of it on your agreement, you can't use the coupon your first full month either. Very much a bait and switch -- or misleading at the very least.
